Description

Directs the overall function of and is responsible for the day to day operations of the entire Food and Beverage Department. Ensures that guest service is at a consistently high level. Minimum age requirement for this position is 21. College degree or equivalent experience is required. Minimum of five (5) years experience in food and beverage operations, including three years managerial experience in a multi-unit operation. Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
